The Success 100 framework separates award administration, independent assessment, final review and editorial decisions.
Decision responsibilities
Administrators check eligibility and evidence. Assigned judges evaluate entries against the published criteria and disclose conflicts. Final review considers scores, evidence flags and recusals before any award record is published.
Commercial separation
Sponsorship, advertising and event participation must not determine selection. A nomination is never a guarantee of recognition.
Accountability
Material award-record changes require a dated reason and an internal audit trail. Programme ownership, the responsible officers and escalation contacts will be confirmed before the nomination cycle opens.
